Do I need a front-facing selfie?
Face the camera with your hair visible in good light. Nerve checks the photo and tells you if it needs a retake.

Can I get a refund?

What happens to my selfie?
We use it to make your look and to run the face check, then delete it. Finished looks are kept for 30 days (60 after a purchase).
